Let’s get started
Sent straight to your inbox is your new client packet which includes the experience process, questionnaires, your goals, and what to expect from me.

HOMEWORK
You fill in all the details from the brand questionnaire and do a bit of thinking on the look and feel you’d like to achieve in your branding (hello Pinterest!). I’ll review your inspirations and follow up with you.

Brand Experience BEGINS
Depending on the experience chosen, we launch into strategy, visuals or website design. Each experience has a process of approvals and revisions as we go so there are no surprises!

Want to chat again about strategy or visuals? We’ll hop on a call to make sure we’re on the same page prior to working through visuals and your website.

FINAL FILES & LAUNCH
All final approved files will be delivered to you and you will be handed the credentials for your brand new website! In addition, we’ll walk you through your new branding guide and give you a website tutorial.
FAQs
Why Squarespace?
Squarespace is an all-in-one drag and drop platform that allows you to easily maintain your website once it’s been built. There’s no need to hire someone to maintain the site with plug-in updates or security issues as you would on other platforms. Plus you can easily add your own pages later if you choose.
What is the payment structure?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit directly after our brand discovery date and we have determined that we are a good match. The remaining 50% is due prior to launch date. Revisions made after final files are sent are billed separately at a rate of $50/hour.
do you include copy writing and images?
Website copy, content and images will be provided by the client. We will gladly review all content and make recommendations based on your business strategies. If client needs help securing photos, additional charges may apply if applicable.
What costs are not included in your packages?
Website transferring, domain/hosting/email setup, and support are all charged separately and are not included in experience price. Domain and host must be setup prior to launching your new website. Wallaby Creative is not responsible for website downtime.
How long will it take to complete my experience
The times listed for each experience are estimated and begin once I have received all of your content (images, questionnaires, website copy, etc.). The faster we are able to get your information, the quicker we can get going!
Additional services cost*
Additional design items require a custom quote (ie: additional pages, revisions, etc). Additional web pages are charged at $100/page.
